Return Policy: With the exception of defective merchandise, Family Home Medical Supply will accept returns of saleable merchandise, in it's original packaging, within the first 10 days after delivery provided that the customer pays for the return freight to the location we designate. We can NOT take back items that have been removed from plastic or shrink-wrap. Some items, including but not limited to; stockings, socks and most braces are final sales.
